Medically Necessary House Visits for Older Adults
In-Home Care & Telemedicine
Whether it’s due to limited mobility or the nature of their condition, many older adults have difficulty leaving the home, even if it’s to visit the primary care doctor. To increase patients’ access to the care they need, PT Family Medicine offers in-home care when medically necessary, as well as a telemedicine option for virtual care in the home.
